I'm becoming quite worried that kids were growing up without knowing where their favorite characters came from.
I believe this falls on the parents, listen I know it's hard to find time to sit down and talk to your children about this
but if you don't, who will? Don't leave it up to the schools to teach your sons and daughters than Cloud never wore a
red scarf, that 'Leon's' real name is Squall Leonhart, and 'Aerith' was once called Aeris in North America. Do not
let your child become the young man depicted above...
I guess you can call me a 'fan boy', but I hate Kingdom Hearts. The whole game was born in a marketing meeting, with no
artistic vision whatsoever, other than the dollar signs flashing in the eyes of Square and Disney. The whole damn story
was written around the idea of introducing all these classic characters in the same universe, and it didn't work. I
remember a particularly painful scene in the second game when Sora and the gang arrived at the Pirates of the Caribbean
world to find everything in chaos... They run into Jack Sparrow and offer to lend a hand, instead of being completely
bewildered by the sight of a overgrown talking duck and weird dog thing, he gladly accepts their help. I realize that
the point of video games is escapement, but there is a line...
I started experimenting with Hawkeye's and Mark's look again, I got rid of his black shirt and replaced it with a tan one,
Mark is wearing
a 'Marines' shirt for some reason... The guy in the blue shirt is a character from another comic project of mine called
'The Nowhere Men', I needed a third character for the joke, so I panicked and threw him in there! I've been told that
the picture in the background resembles James Dean, but it's actually Peter Sellers from Dr. Strangelove!
